I never have good luck with this place. Usually the men in the service department are kind of rude and not helpful to women. However my last encounter there, I was serviced by a very polite and kind woman. I wish I had remembered her name to share with the management. She was so helpful and understanding to a woman like myself with two children. Tayden was great to work with! Very responsive to both phone, text and email. One complaint, why are the car wash stations no longer available? I used to use them all the time and now they sit unused.

I visited Mills Auto Center today for an oil change which was done quickly. But not only did I get fresh oil but they also checked my car for any potential problems. This gives me peace of mind knowing my car will not have unexpected issues on the road. Dan, the service advisor, is an experienced pro and always treats me as a valued customer.
Service was timely, staff was friendly, welcoming and efficient.
It was super easy and painless. Everything was fast and anytime anyone had questions for my vehicle they contacted me immediately. Would recommend it to anyone near who owns a Nissan.

The salesperson I worked with was quite young but very knowledgeable and professional. Everybody was friendly—in fact, I forgot my paperwork in the restroom and they mailed it to me!

The primary reason for the visit was the Titan XD warranty repairs. As stated above, two items are still not repaired, one being the body squeak and two being the leaking rear window. (the leaky rear window will be repaired but it needs scheduling at a body shop). The secondary reason for the visit was mounting and balancing of new tires on freshly powder coated aluminum wheels. The tire mounting was completed with zero damage to the fresh powder coat and I couldn't be happier about this as I've had very bad luck with careless shops damaging wheels ... We dropped our Qwest off after hours without an appointment on a Friday evening at the Willmar Nissan dealer. We had to have it jumped in the mall parking lot and decided to not drive it home in fear of it not starting again. I set up a time to meet with sales associate, Rick Hess after looking at some options on the website. We were greeted as we entered, and introduced to Rick. We talked about the cars that we were interested in, and Rick set up test drives for two vehicles. We liked the Nissan, and were able to quickly arrange a trade with our car. We picked the Nissan Rogue up the next morning and we’re given a thorough instruction about the features of our new car. We have had no problems and enjoy the car very much.
Tom was a rockstar! No pressure, knowledgeable and ended up having great conversations. He’s the guy that makes it fun. I dreaded this part for 6+ months and he was honest, straight forward, and accommodating. AJ in finance was like Santa Clause and superb! Folks, even if you want to check out or even think about looking for your next vehicle, check this place FIRST!!!

Great, I dropped my Titan off the day before my appointment. And even though a major snow storm came in overnight. My Titan was serviced, and the recalls were performed. My Titan XD Pro 4x4 was ready to go way before I expected it to be. Thank you, Mills Nissan, I will surely be back again.
We moved here from the Boise area 1 year ago so we needed to get the annual maintenance done. This was my first time doing business with this dealership. Staff members were helpful and professional. The customer lounge, bathrooms and showroom were all very clean and comfortable. I will have them do all of the maintenance work and/or repairs in the future.
Purchased a used car. Parts were replaced by Mills that I would normally expect to replace a short time after purchase. All included in the reasonable purchase price.

Awesome!! I was skeptical because of previous experience @ Mills Ford, but Wow! The crew took great care of me & my "new to me" baby! I was treated with the utmost respect!
